End Of The Course

This week we discuss about feedback, praise and appreciation. About feedback we saw 360 degree feedback, ın this type of feeback there are seniors, peers and externals feedbacks. Types of feedbacks are feedbacks which make sense, positive, constructive, neutral, negative and makes no sense. Another case is praise. An example of praise is 'you are a good teacher'. At the end of the lesson our friens made dialogue about feedback.

Most important parts of communication according to my opinion

According to me emphaty, trust, respect and positive action language are the key points in communication.If someone can use this points in daily life communication success will be come. These key points affect human relations positively. As an example with positive action language you can communicate with a person in a kind way so then you can reach on agreement on some point easier and it will make your life less harder.

Important notes

A key manifestation of emphaty is respect.
Healthy organization based on trust.
Respect is important and it is sometimes related with fear of authority.
Saying no to authority is important sometimes.

Trust and Emphaty

Trust is another important fact in communication because when you trust each other collaboration can be created easier. Trust makes healthy organizations. Emphaty is to feel another persons feeling inside of you. Emphaty is important to because if you can feel another person can be think like you there will be a positive dialogue.

The most important thing in communication is not to command people because when you order something to a person you affect he or she in a negative way and the dialogue started to end after that moment.

Mgmt 450 2nd week

2 nd week we make a conversation on human needs. The most important key we saw in lesson was; there is a difference between a need and a strategy to achieve that need. Also we understood that strategies to satisfy needs make our life complex. And also we saw the graphic of pyramid of needs. This lesson shows us how to communicate people and affect them in all points of life like human needs.

Mgmt 450

Mgmt 450 will inform us about communication skills of verbal and nonverbal. In first lesson we saw a video that how different words can affects peoples point of view and awareness. Communication skills is very important in managerial areas because there is a always a need of communicate with people.
